Last week, Asana’s servers experienced an issue causing a roughly 83-minute system availability error for up to 76% of users at its peak. This is extremely rare and was, according to Asana, “the worst outage that we’ve ever had.” Asana had 99.95% uptime in the last year. Nevertheless, it can be disconcerting when you see a “Disconnected” notification appear in your Asana app window. You may wonder: Is the issue with Asana’s servers, or your WiFi network?
