Asana lets you email tasks and conversations into Asana using unique email addresses located in your Asana account. However, accessing those email addresses on a case-by-case basis is too slow and cumbersome to do regularly.

Enter Sendana. Microsoft Outlook users for Windows can rejoice because my friend James Carl developed an Outlook Add-In that dramatically simplifies this process for you. James is a strategy consultant and former CFO, so he knows email workflows.

Sendana keeps your tasks from piling up in Outlook.

Sendana allows you to create a new task or conversation in Asana, but now you don’t have to look up project-specific email addresses or remember your colleagues work email. It gathers all the information from your Asana workspace directly from Outlook.

It even lets you do things not possible through email! You can add due dates to Asana tasks, or send tasks to specific sections of a project. Adding due dates is especially important in Asana, and Sendana makes it simple.

If you are a regular user of Microsoft Outlook for Windows, getting Sendana is a no-brainer. It only costs a one-time $24.95, but you can download a fully-fuctional trial for 30 days to check it out.
